Welcome to SEVA Labs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing, downloading, or using any SEVA Labs digital products (“Products”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Products.

1. Digital Products Only

All SEVA Labs Products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. After purchase, you will receive access to download the Product(s) electronically.

2. License Grant (Permitted Use)

When you purchase a Product from SEVA Labs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Product for internal business purposes.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, this license is granted to:

  • The purchasing organization

  • For use by its employees or authorized internal users

  • Within the organization’s own Unanet CRM environment(s)

 

This license does not grant ownership of the Product. SEVA Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in the Product.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

​

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the Product to any third party

  • Upload the Product to public websites, forums, file-sharing platforms, or repositories

  • Provide the Product as part of a consulting deliverable or packaged service to another organization

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to recreate the Product for resale or redistribution

  • Remove or alter any branding, copyright notices, or license references included in the Product

 

Unauthorized distribution or commercial use outside your organization is strictly prohibited.

4. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before download access is provided.

We reserve the right to update pricing, packaging, or product availability at any time.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products and immediate access upon delivery, all sales are final.

If you experience technical issues accessing your file or believe you received the wrong Product, contact us and we will assist promptly.

6. Product Compatibility and Requirements

SEVA Labs Products are designed to run in modern web browser environments and are intended for use with Unanet CRM. To use our Products, you must have valid login credentials and authorized access to your organization’s Unanet CRM environment, as the Products are designed to interact with data and dashboards available within that system.

While the Products do not run inside the Unanet CRM application itself, they are executed directly from your browser and rely on an active Unanet CRM session. You must be logged into Unanet CRM in the same browser session for the Products to function correctly.

SEVA Labs Products must be run using one of the following supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome

  • Microsoft Edge

 

Use of other browsers (including Safari, Firefox, or unsupported enterprise browsers) may result in reduced functionality or unexpected behavior.

You are responsible for ensuring your device, browser settings, and Unanet permissions allow the Products to operate as intended.

7. Disclaimer of Affiliation

SEVA Labs is an independent provider of productivity and reporting tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Unanet.

All product names and platform references are used solely for descriptive purposes.

​

8. No Guarantee of Results

Our Products are designed to streamline dashboard and reporting workflows; however, SEVA Labs makes no guarantee regarding business outcomes, performance improvements, revenue impact, or operational results.

Results may vary based on user workflows and environment configuration.

9. Updates and Product Changes

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue Products at any time. Purchases may include access to updates if explicitly stated in the product description. If updates are not stated, access is provided only to the version delivered at time of purchase.

Support availability may vary depending on the Product purchased. Unless otherwise stated, SEVA Labs provides basic email support for download access issues and general usage questions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEVA Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Products, including but not limited to:

  • Unanet CRM configuration issues

  • Dashboard or report errors

  • System downtime

  • Financial loss or lost profits

 

Our total liability for any claim related to a Product shall not exceed the amount paid for that Product.

12. Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that use of the Products may modify or interact with dashboard layouts, reporting exports, or CRM configurations depending on the tool. You agree to use the Products responsibly and test in a controlled manner where appropriate.

SEVA Labs is not responsible for unintended changes resulting from improper use, incorrect permissions, or customer-specific configuration differences.

13. Intellectual Property

All Products, scripts, branding, graphics, website content, and intellectual property are owned by SEVA Labs unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce or distribute SEVA Labs intellectual property without written permission.

14. Termination of License

We reserve the right to revoke your license immediately if you violate these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution or resale. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies in your possession.
